La Uni\u00f3 Musical de Moncada actuar\u00e0 enguany en el FESMON 2018, festival de m\u00fasica organitzat per l’Ajuntament de Montcada. La proposta musical per al mateix consisteix en un projecte nou i diferent a la m\u00fasica de banda que fan habitualment. Han aconseguit portar per primera vegada a la Comunitat Valenciana a un grup de m\u00fasica folk anglesa que porta treballant molts anys oferint concerts, i fent tallers de m\u00fasica folk amb m\u00fasics de totes les edats i nivells b\u00e0sics de coneixements musicals, The Urban Folk Quartet.<\/p>\n
El dijous dia 12 de juliol The Urban Folk Quartet inaugurar\u00e0 el FESMON amb un concert en solitari a les 20 h. en el Mercat Vell, amb un espectacle de m\u00fasica folk.<\/p>\n
Despr\u00e9s durant 3 dias treballaran amb els m\u00fasics de la Uni\u00f3 Musical de Moncada per a preparar un concert conjunt d’ambdues agrupacions tocant m\u00fasica folk anglesa, que se celebrar\u00e0 el dissabte dia 14 de juliol de 2018 a les 22:30 en el Mercat Vell. En el mateix a m\u00e9s participaran al final del concert tots els alumnes\/as participants en un taller dirigit per UFQ, obert a tots els p\u00fablics que es desenvolupar\u00e0 el dissabte d’11 a 14 h. i de 18 a 20 h. en el Mercat Vell.<\/p>\n
